Hi there,
I'm here to share a poem that Jan,a super fine kiwi lady, carries on her portpholio with all the beautiful cards she makes.
She also doesn't know who the author is, if anyone knows it please tell me.
And this coming week I am on my way to Singapore, so I am going back to pack...
Bye for now and enjoy the poem...
The Stampers Stash...
I have a little problem
Its called a stampers stash
My husband doesn't know it
but it costs a lot of cash.
It started out as little pieces
I bought from a shop,
but then became addictive
and I really couldn't stop.
Stamps started out a few
But grew and grew and grew.
And then I added inkpads and
embillishments too.
I couldn't pass a Stamp place
I had to go and see
if there were any stamps
Inside
the shop for me.
So hubby starts to realize
one cupboard soon becomes two
He's banned me from the stamp stores,
To keep our marriage true.
So I sit at my computer
While I'm banished to the house.
But he'll have to hide the Visa...
Cause I can click a mouse.!
There isn't any moral
to this tale of Stamping woe
Children grow
and leave you..
and husbands flick the channels....
So enjoy your stamping frenzy
It isn't any sin.
Remember the old saying
"who dies with the most stamps WINS!!"
